Salon Policies

Welcome to Dazzling Nail Bar! To ensure the best experience, high standards of hygiene, and fairness for both our clients and talented technicians, please take a moment to review our salon policies:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Punctuality: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please call us. We may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying the next client.
  • Cancellations: We value your business and respect your time. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Guarantee & Fix Policy

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority! We offer a 7-day guarantee on Gel Manicures, Gel-X, and Acrylic Full Sets.
  • If your nails chip, lift, or break within 7 days of your original service, please contact us immediately, and we will fix them free of charge (must be the same color/style).
  • Regular polish services are not covered under this guarantee. Repairs after 7 days or due to rough handling/personal accidents will incur a small repair fee.

3. Refunds & Payments

  • No Refunds: All services and gift card purchases are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service at any point during your appointment, please let your technician or the manager know before leaving the salon so we can correct it right away.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Gratuities (Tips) are highly appreciated by our staff and can be given in cash or added to your card payment.

4. Health, Safety & Hygiene

  • Sanitization: We strictly adhere to State Board regulations. All of our metal tools are 100% sanitized and sterilized after every single use, and disposable items (like nail files and buffers) are never reused.
  • Health Conditions: Please inform your technician before your service begins if you have any allergies, medical conditions (e.g., diabetes), or open wounds. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client shows signs of a contagious skin or nail infection.

5. Children & Personal Belongings

  • Children: For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, children must be supervised by an adult at all times unless they are receiving a service.
  • Personal Items: Dazzling Nail Bar is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit.

No Refunds & Service Issues

All services are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let your technician or the manager know before leaving the salon so we can fix it right away. If you notice any issues after leaving, we kindly ask that you call the salon directly at 479-444-8190 before posting a review on Google. This gives us the opportunity to understand what happened and make things right for you immediately.

Yes, we love treating our clients! We offer complimentary refreshing drinks. During the warm summer season, we also love keeping you cool with special treats like complimentary soda and ice cream while you enjoy your manicures and pedicures!

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Gratuities (Tips) are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated by our hardworking technicians! You can leave a tip in cash or add it to your card at checkout.
